We speak with Jim Miller about his history in Oklahoma City, his work in real estate, and his view of the city’s growth. He explains how his interest in real estate developed and says his experience in economics and the local housing market shaped his perspective. We also discuss downtown development and the MAPS projects, including changes in Bricktown, the Plaza District, the Bricktown Canal, the I-40 relocation, and Scissortail Park. He says these projects helped make downtown a place people visit for recreation, events, and sports, and we also talk about the city’s growing food scene.
